A multi-level structure created within a compact space. The layout extends upwards rather than outwards: bridges, underpasses, changes in level and passages that overlap to gain height where the floor ends. Of the total 223 metres, 171 run above ground level.
The bridge alone consists of 33 modules.
A large glass façade closes off the front of the building: at night, the circuit can be seen from the road.
